Geriatrics Congress 2027 will be held in Hybrid Event: You can participate in person in ANA Crowne Plaza Narita 68 Horinouchi, Narita, Chiba 286-0107, Japan or Virtually from your home or work.

1. 1. All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the conference secretary
2. 2. Cancellation before 90 days of the conference start date will receive a full refund, less a $150 towards processing fee
3. 3. Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the conference start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.
4. 4. Registrations are transferable until August 30, 2027 and any transfer requests after August 30, 2027 are not entertained
5. 5. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 60 days of the conference start date.
6. 6. Refunds will be made in the second week after the completion of the conference

Yes. You may submit more than one proposal and participate in more than one session either in oral or poster session. However, you may not present more than two papers during the conference.

You will receive an email notification regarding the status of your submission, including whether it has been accepted, rejected, or if revisions are required. Yes, you can present your work without attending the conference in person. We offer virtual presentation options for accepted papers, allowing you to share your research remotely. If you choose this option, you will be provided with instructions on how to prepare and submit your virtual presentation materials. Please note that virtual presenters are still required to register for the conference to ensure access to the virtual platform and to receive any necessary support during the presentation process. you can participate with E poster in In-Person or Video Presentation in Online Conference without attending virtually. Poster Dimensions: The display area for each poster on the poster board is 1 m wide by 1 m high. All posters should be prepared in advance and brought to the conference by the presenters. The conference organizers are NOT able to receive any posters by mail in advance, print or transport posters.There will NOT be facilities on-site for printing or composing posters.

The official language of the conference is English. All oral and poster presentations must be delivered in English to ensure effective communication and understanding among the diverse international audience attending the conference.

No, there will be no translator provided during presentations. All presenters are expected to deliver their presentations in English, which is the official language of the conference. We recommend that presenters prepare their materials and practice their presentations in English to ensure clear communication with the international audience attending the conference. If you wish you can bring your own translator with you to the conference, but please note that the conference organizers will not be able to provide any support or accommodations for translators during the presentation sessions.

Taking the timelines and technical set up into consideration, using personal laptops are not recommended unless under unavoidable conditions.
